Learn about the project to create a prairie in the Preserve.

Description

Join Dr. Jacob Buchanan and the Blanchard River Watershed Partnership to learn about the campus prairie project. We are converting a mowed turfgrass lawn into a native prairie on the floodplain of the Little Riley Creek. Help throw down handfuls of seed to plant the prairie as a community, then watch it grow over the coming years. Students will earn Arts and Lecture credit.

Meet at the parking lot by Sommer Center on the Bluffton University campus
